Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue:
1. First make sure the Rokid is online in the Rokid APP.
2. Try to tell the speaker what's the weather like in Hangzhou is, see if the network is normal.
3. Manually enter the control command you want to execute in the Rokid APP.
4. Turn off the Rokid speaker or restore the factory settings.
5. Unbundling and binding skills multiple times.
