Why can't I share device with others?

1. Please confirm whether the user has the account of the App.

2. Please confirm whether the area you registered with the other party is in the same country/region.You can only share devices with whom registered in the same country/region.

3.Bluetooth mesh and Zigbee devices do not support the sharing of separate devices due to their reliance on the gateway. You need to share its associated devices as well so as to operate normally. For a regular family member, it is recommended that you share all the devices with him/her by adding family members.
