1.1.pls confirm if your devices can support the Third-party
View the path: Log in to the device control interface and click ".." to view the third-party control supported by the device.
2.pls confirm your device has connected to the app. It may be that your APP and device are under the LAN, you can control, but the actual device is offline, you need to reconnect the device binding under the skill.
3.Make sure the instructions are supported by the third party.
4.Make sure your account is correct when you r connecting to the Third-party .
If there is no problem above, it is recommended that you provide the device ID to contact us for verification.
